Critiques
So, I really like the motive. Old people and their life experience visible on their faces are evergreen. Your grandmother, she seems very concerned about something.
Considering the technique, there are a lot of overexposed parts outside the window. Maybe different approach from the other side of the table would be better (if there are no windows there) or maybe if you used flash for fill flash technique to keep the outside normally exposed and dark parts indoors well lit. Also, fill flash would fill shadows in her eyes which make her eyes darker than they really are.
I hope I wasn't too harsh.
I also request critiques so feel free to write down your opinion.
